What to expect when booking with me


Before you contact me, please check my portfolio from this website to my Facebook and Instagram pages and make sure I suit the style you are wanting. I have my own style so if you ask me to do something outside of my own work, I will respectfully decline the booking.

Upon contacting me our first priority:


  • Secure Date and Time
  • Discuss Image Package
  • Invoice made (Session fee due to secure date)
  • Work out our location
  • Discussing outfits to suit location and mood we are going for
  • Collecting inspo photos for what vibe we are wanting for our session


Before and after Photoshoot:


  • I will contact you 2 or 3 days before the session to confirm and check weather for us
  • On the day of our session we shoot, have fun and we will show our inspo photos to help guide us throughout the session
  • I will upload all the unedited images onto an online gallery for you to select your images from your package you've selected. If you decide you want more images from the session you are more then welcome to upgrade your image package to the next pack
  • The rest of the invoice is due for the session (if not paid yet)
  • Once you have selected your images I can go through and fully edit your selected images (This can take a week AFTER you've selected your gallery)



Please note:


  • Edited galleries will NOT be sent until payment is in full
  • I do NOT give RAW (Unedited) images
  • I do NOT give full galleries
  • I DO purge down the unedited images before I upload to your online gallery. I will remove blurry, out of focus, accidental clicks, ect.

  • Up to 60 minutes travel from Bahrs Scrub (Anything over will be an additional fee)

Milestone Mini


Anyone have their children hit their milestones but would love to have it captured professionally AND be cheap? I am testing out a new package for exactly this called 'Milestone Minis'. Perfect for a couple of photos to cherish forever. First steps, first teeth, maybe even first day of school?


Location is at my home studio located in Bahrs Scrub 4207.

  • Travel is available but capped at 30 minutes from Bahrs Scrub and a $10 travel fee will be added.
  • 20 minutes session
  • Single child ONLY. If you wish to add siblings this package will automatically upgrade to a standard session. Pricing is above.

FAQ

What should I wear for the shoot?

This can be a hard one, but I am here to make it easier for you. I do prefer to coordinate colours to the scenery we are around for our shoot to compliment my style of shooting also. In our pre consult, I will help you with colours and textures for our looks which will make a huge difference in the end result.

What can you edit?

I can edit a few things for us to make our shoot that bit more magical. I can change colours of the whole scenery, I can edit clothes colours, edit out boogers, scratches, mud, logos on shirts, match up and coordinate clothes for multiple people, ect.

I do this because sometimes you might not be able to find that right colour pants or top for the session, so I can edit it to make it match the rest of the family.

Do you pose the families or all candid?

I have a mixture of posing and candid shots. I will direct you but also make it fun, capturing all the small moments during the session.

Do I have to pay the session fee right away?

I do prefer it being paid as soon as possible. I've had multiple occasions where the session fee was not paid on time and a second client paid the deposit first to secure it for themselves. So first in best dressed.

When will the photos be finished?

Depending on the booking. Up to a week for a standard session from 5-35 images to edit. A wedding can take 2 weeks minimum for a small wedding.

Do you do prints?

At this stage, I do not do prints.

Can I have all the unedited images?

No.

Do you use the images for social media?

Absolutely! I do post my art everywhere I can. Sometimes I create Instagram Reels, Stories and maybe even Tiktoks. I will show how I edit images or just before and afters as well.

How often should I rebook?

I have families booking yearly and some seasonally. It really depends on budgets, maybe deals, surprise events ect.

How early should I book in for Newborn photos?

I have most of my newborn bookings book in same time as their maternity booking. But some mothers don't want maternity photos and that is totally okay! I would recommend to book in around the second trimester of your pregnancy.

Do you take bookings on week days?

Yes! I have morning and afternoon bookings for my outdoor locations. I do my studio/ indoor sessions midday.
